I'm a bit confused. What is that first cake? My first impression is David Bowie, but somehow I doubt that for a 5-year-old.
It totally is David Bowie from Labyrinth! If you look really close, the writing says, "You remind me of the babe."

Oh my. Now, do you actually know this child? It is a unique 5-year-old who would love that movie. Or even have seen it for that matter.
